God Cares Ministries is a self-supporting, volunteer-led humanitarian and spiritual movement founded in 1999 and rooted in “The Universal Royal Law of Love”.
We exist to serve humanity through truth, compassion, and moral responsibility, reaching the needy in all possible ways.
We support the poor and vulnerable by providing food, educational assistance, medical care, shelter, and clothing, while also working to awaken human conscience and restore moral values in society.

What We Do
At God Cares Ministries, our heart beats for the forgotten and the underserved. Our story began with one man’s unwavering compassion. From 1989 to 1998, our Founder and President devoted himself to serving unfortunate children, regardless of caste,
color, creed, or religion. His selfless service laid the foundation for a growing movement of love and service.
In 1999, God Cares Ministries was officially established, inspired by the timeless principles found in “The Universal Royal Law of Love”. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to bring hope, healing, and dignity to those in need. Our mission is simple yet profound: to share love through tangible acts of kindness.

C. James White is the Founder and President of God Cares Ministries, a humanitarian and spiritual movement born from deeply personal experience, unwavering faith, and a lifelong commitment to service. In 1998, after eight impactful years as Project Director and Principal of REACH Boarding School in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu—where he cared for and educated over 300 children from challenging backgrounds— C. James White stepped away from institutional leadership to answer a higher calling: to extend care, compassion, and hope beyond the walls of any single organization.
James White’s own childhood was shaped by severe poverty, marked by the absence of reliable food, clothing, shelter, and medical care. His life began to changethrough the support of James Memorial High School inPrakasapuram, Tamil Nadu, with sponsorship assistance from CCF and World Vision.
These opportunities not only nurtured his education but awakened in him a deep and lasting compassion for children, families, and communities living in hardship—a compassion that would later define his life’s work.
Recognizing his dedication and integrity, the World President of REACH International Inc. (USA) personally visited C. James White in Karnataka and invited him to continue his service at a broader level. He went on to serve as the President’s Personal Assistant, Public Relations Officer, and Fundraiser, supporting more than ten REACH India projects across the country.
Despite these achievements, C. James White felt called to begin a more personal, faith-rooted mission—one grounded not in position, but in purpose. This calling gave birth to God Cares Ministries in 1999.
Inspired by “The Universal Royal Law of Love”, C. James White has remained actively involved in both spiritual and humanitarian initiatives. Over the years, he has personally led and supported efforts providing food, clothing, medical assistance, education, and moral guidance to underserved individuals and communities. At the heart of his leadership is a simple belief: love must be lived, not merely spoken.
James White’s commitment to service extends beyond national boundaries. He hasparticipatedin charitable and humanitarian engagements in Nepal, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland, working alongside international partners to support shared causes of compassion and care.
Locally, he continues to serve his community by offering moral guidance, advocacy, and practical support—standing with individuals in times of need and upholding justice, dignity, and responsibility.
Today, C. James White continues to guide God Cares Ministries with a clear and enduring vision:

He dreams of a society where compassion replaces in difference, dignity replaces despair, and where even the most vulnerable can smile again. He warmly invites individuals, partners, and organizations who share this vision to walk alongside him in a mission of love, service, and lasting impact.
There was a time in my life when hunger was real, uncertainty was constant, and hope felt distant. I know what it means to long for a helping hand, to wait for someone to care, and to wonder if tomorrow would be any different from today. But someone cared.
That one act of compassion changed the course of my life. Today, every step I take and every effort we make through God Cares Ministries is born from that memory — not of pain alone, but of love that reached me when I needed it most. I have seen how a simple act of kindness can restore dignity, how a meal can bring relief, how care can bring healing, and how love can bring life back into a weary heart.
God Cares Ministries is not just an organization — it is a calling. A calling to stand beside the forgotten, to lift those who have fallen, and to remind every human being that they are not alone, not worthless, and never beyond hope.
We believe in a love that does not ask who you are, where you come from, or what you believe. We believe in a love that sees pain and responds — a love that gives, serves, and sacrifices. This is the Universal Royal Law of Love — a truth that calls us to live beyond ourselves and for one another.
